Online-Training mit unserer Trainerin aus Nippes! | KIDsmiling e.V.

An ihrem Schreibtisch tippt unsere Trainerin Lisa normalerweise ihre Hausarbeiten für die Uni – in Zeiten von Corona wird der Bildschirm montags zusätzlich zum digitalen Übungsraum. Mit den Teilnehmerinnen des Mädchentrainings in Köln-Nippes trifft sie sich hier zum gemeinsamen Fitnesstraining und Austausch darüber, wie es den Kids geht.

Den Kontakt in dieser schwierigen Pandemie- und Lockdown-Phase aufrecht zu erhalten ist für KIDsmiling am wichtigsten. Da das Training auf den Bolzplätzen bis auf Weiteres aufgrund der Verordnungen untersagt ist, haben wir die Treffen seit mehreren Wochen in den digitalen Raum verlegt.

Die Kids und Trainer*innen freuen sich über das Angebot, der Kontakt bleibt so bestehen.

Heute findet das Training wieder ab 16 Uhr statt. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!
